My services are 100% virtual, so you can skip the commute and join from the comfort of your own home.

More About Me
I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from University of California Santa Barbara.

I am passionate about Neurodiversity affirming practice and the impact of COVID-19 on mental health. I identify as a COVID conscious therapist and COVID safety advocate. You can find more of my COVID related work under both the "COVID Resources" and "Professional Presentations" sections of my website.
As a late identified Neurodivergent individual, I understand the struggle of trying to fit into a world that wasn't built for those who differ from the norm. We can work together to identify your values, find meaning in your life, and build connections with people and communities that understand. I use a strengths-based approach to help build a life that works for you, on your terms.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
